When purchasing physical items (such as BabySNEK Lockables plushies), we collect shipping and billing information solely to fulfill your order, generate shipping labels via DHL, and comply with tax requirements. Payment data is processed securely through encrypted gateways and is never stored on our servers.
When connecting your Cardano Web3 wallet (Nami, Eternl, Lace, Vespr), transactions are signed client-side. Your public wallet address and on-chain interactions are recorded on the public, decentralized Cardano ledger. We never have access to your seed phrases or private keys.
